Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Rancho Santa Fe unveiled its newly redesigned offices following five months of construction. Located at the corner of Paseo Delicias and Via de Santa Fe, the 6,500-square-foot space houses 50 real estate sales associates and staff. Branch manager Louise Winders worked on the finishing touches of the space with the assistance of real estate sales associate Laleh Hedayat, the owner of Exotic Interiors in Del Mar. The interior architecture renovation was done under the direction of WWCOT architects in Santa Monica. |
